This was a good story about Joey's former crush coming to town and realizing he got the job she was trying for. These two realize that they have different ways of helping the people in Carol Falls. Noel realizes how much the town means to Joey and how much the town loves her. Noel is also trying to see if Joey has feelings for him too.
